SSTD believes that among the factors of production i.e. Land, Labor and Capital Labor is of the prime importance to excel both the economic as well as social development. It is the labor on whose skills the institutions are designed and lack of capacity of labor collapse the whole structure of an organization. Therefore, efficiency and effectiveness of any given interventions will improve with the improvement, diversification and enhancement of human resources. In order to materialize these ideas SSTD has established its strategies for human resource development through both the direct project intervention of vocational and technical trainings as well as building the capacity of young development professionals through local labor induction in different projects. |
